The BEING BMS Series magnetic heated stirrers are widely used in biology, chemistry, medical, and other fields because they provide safe, accurate, and stable heating and mixing for various laboratory applications while improving the reaction speed of chemical experiments.
The intelligent controller has a bright, easy-to-understand LCD that shows the stirrer’s parameters on a single screen, and the pushbuttons allow quick temperature, speed (200-2000 rpm), and time setting. It simplifies complicated testing procedures by creating up to 7 multistep programs with 9 steps each, and time can be programmed from 1 minute to 99 hours 59 minutes.
The BEING BMS Series magnetic heated stirrers include:
- a square, corrosion-resistant, ceramic-coated work platform providing high thermal efficiency, a long service life, and easy cleaning and maintenance,
- a diecast, high temperature-resistant corrosion-resistant, and easy-to-clean aluminum housing cover with a guide groove above the control panel to protect the electronics in case there is a liquid overflow during stirring,
- a low energy consumption brushless DC motor with a strong bar magnetic that provides a large start torque and stable operation with a wide speed adjustment and low noise emission no matter the sample viscosity or volume,
- a plain PTFE mixing magnetic bar, and
- a variety of safety features, including over current and overload protection, power interruption auto start, temperature deviation shutdown, burn prevention warning light, to name a few.
The BEING BMS Series magnetic heated stirrers are designed, manufactured, and tested to the DIN 12880-2007 standard. They are available in two styles with three models each.
The A-style models come standard with an external temperature sample probe/thermocouple to monitor set sample temperatures. They are available in 3L, 5L, and 12L capacities with a temperature range from Ambient + 5°C to 200°C with a ± 5°C temperature accuracy controlled with a BEING-supplied external thermocouple and thermocouple holder. The B-style models are available in 3L, 5L, and 15L capacities with a temperature range from Ambient + 5°C to 320°C with a ± 15°C temperature accuracy and a port to plug in your favorite thermocouple. All models come with a 2-year warranty.
